A Civil Engineering graduate from Mumbai University (in 1991) with post-graduation in Sales & Marketing Management (in 2000). A mission-focussed professional with extensive and cross-functional experience since past 31 years in the areas of Executive Administration, Marketing & Sales, Operations & Facility Management, Project Management, Civil Engineering Planning & Construction, Business Development and
Brand Management, Customer Relationship & Key Accounts Management & Training & Team Building in the Corporate environment. A keen planner cum strategist with demonstrated competence in conceptualizing and implementing profit-oriented approaches for accomplishment of targeted business turnover. An enterprising leader with strong analytical and logical abilities.

Having diversified experience with various Corporate organizations of repute on projects of importance like L&T ECC for the Phase II of the Bombay Stock Exchange Building (Rotunda Structure) construction, to being part of MMRDA’s MUTP II project for Feasibility Studies for planning of various of Traffic & Transportation infrastructural facilities in Mumbai, Navi Mumbai & Nagpur, to being a pioneer team member of the famous Aamby Valley City Project at Lonavala in all expanded capacities of being an civil execution engineer, to planning & designing manager, to Customer Relationship Management, to Head of Sales & Marketing at project site, to being an external associate for Sales, Branding & Marketing as well as turnkey contracting for designing & constructing exclusive residential villas as an entrepreneur.

Being a Quality Trainer (ISO 14001 – QIPM & BPI from IQL / Philip Crosby Associates 1997) & a natural counselor, he has been nominated on Associations & Societies on the Managing Committee for providing stable operational support & guidance in controlling & handling affairs with ease & excellence.
